Help and method

Gambling Support at Casino of the Rockies

Anyone in British Columbia can get gambling help at no charge and in confidence, and someone picks up the phone line at every hour. Lower on this page, the Scorecard desk describes how it checks facts for Cranbrook Casino Scorecard and how the guide earns money.

Help

Help lines and programs

Around the clock, Gambling Support BC answers 1-888-795-6111, free and confidential. Anyone calling can get help at once, be pointed to services nearby or talk with a counsellor at no cost.
Game Break is a BCLC self-exclusion program, and joining means walking into any casino with government-issued photo ID. Terms run from 6 months through 1 year and 2 years up to 3 years; the pick cannot be changed later, and PlayNow.com is included.
GameSense has an Info Centre right on the casino floor, and a GameSense Advisor works in every BC casino, this one among them.
Gambling Support BC also has a website at gamblingsupportbc.ca. Its free help reaches people affected by someone else's gambling, too.

A limit

A limit for the day

Before the round, one full game of golf, set a casino budget and a finish time while the head is still clear. On Sunday to Thursday nights, closing time is 11 pm, a natural stop for the evening. Friday and Saturday bring a later close, at 1 am. A finish time written down in the morning counts just as much then. Casino of the Rockies admits only those 19 or older, and holiday hours are worth confirming on casinooftherockies.ca.

About the Scorecard desk

Nobody signs this guide by name: the Scorecard desk is the shared byline on every page. Every fact was checked on October 1, 2026, against the casino's and the resort's own pages, BCLC's listing and provincial sources. Distances are measured as straight lines between OpenStreetMap points, so any road is longer. Every hour on the site is local Mountain time.

All but one picture here came from an image generator, and none shows people. Two depict the real casino: the low building with CASINO on its roof, and a row of slot machines. Both were generated from real photographs with new angles and light, so they look like photos but are not. The putting green, cart path, patio table and snowy course are invented golf scenes. One real photograph, of the Mission building, is credited under Image sources below.

The Scorecard has no forms, comment threads or user accounts. The only typing is into calculators and planners, and those inputs never leave your browser. The single preference kept is the chosen colour theme, held only in whichever browser tab is open at the moment. Every Ad-marked link is paid and sits solely on the Scorecard's home page. Those links all reach one privately run online casino partner, and that company pays the Scorecard desk a commission.

Mail for the Scorecard desk goes to write@cranbrookcasino.online. An hour that has shifted is worth a note. So is a distance that looks off, or curiosity about how the guide gets made. That inbox is the desk's own, not the resort's. For a tee time or a room, call the resort at 1-866-292-2020.
